What is Compact Laminate?

The plates which are consisted of pressing phenol-based resin-impregnated craft paper and melamine-based resin at the outermost to the décor paper under 150oC temperature and 100kg/cm2 pressure for 90 minutes.

Compact laminate plates which can be produced between 2 and 20 mm are used often in applications such cubicle wc cabinet, shower cabin, sink, countertops, urinal compartment, locker cabinets, safety cabinets, separators, benches, exterior applications which are the necessities of wet envorinments.

WC cabin systems are manufactured in anodised aluminum or stainless steel fasteners and accessories; whole system is guaranteed for 3 years in aluminum model and 5 years in stainless model.

CABINETS:

  • Cabinet heights (Panel + foot height)  are standard. Varies between 195-200 cm.
  • 10 or 15 cm in height in feet
  • 183 cm plate height

FEET:

  • Feet are manufactured in stainless steel and aluminum.
  • 10-15 cm adjustable feet. Feet alignment goal is to help to adapt to the wet ground slope.

LOCKS:

  • There are sliding lock, dial and stainless steel locking systems.
  • There's a full/empty indicator upon in green and red. This mechanism was designed to show is cabinet empty or not.

DOORS:

  • Doors are opened inward. Only doors which belong to disabled people open outward.
  • Door apertures are 65-70 cm. Door aperture in disabled cabinet is 90 cm.
