Green particle boards which the amount of urea kept very low during manufacturing are resistant to the water and humidity. For this reason green particle board is used in ER-ART kitchen worktop. In accordance with customer requests, to make print on the 30 mm. raw particle board is possible.
Scratch and heat resistant laminate is used. PVA-based glue is used in surface bonding. Non-heat-resistant contact glue isn't used. Polyurethane gasket dropper is used at the front-bottom of the kitchen worktop. Balance paper is used at the lower surface of the laminated kitchen worktop.
